Due to international shipping costs, customs procedures, and the nature of luxury occasionwear, international orders are generally considered final sale.
However, in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion, a return request may be reviewed under the following conditions:

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Any charges incurred when re-importing goods into the United Kingdom may be deducted from the refund

All online orders collected from our Chelsea boutique are considered:

At the time of collection, customers are given the opportunity to inspect their order in full, including size, design, colour, and condition, before accepting the item.
Once the order has been collected and accepted from the boutique, it is considered approved and completed in person.
As the item has been viewed and verified at collection, these purchases fall outside the scope of standard distance-selling returns.
✨ FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
As part of our quality control process for luxury occasionwear, all orders are individually inspected, photographed, and documented prior to dispatch to ensure they leave our boutique in perfect condition.
Where appropriate, we will review the matter carefully and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with consumer rights.
