Terms and Conditions for Children’s Hair Salon
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:
Clients may reschedule appointments up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled time without incurring any additional charges.
Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost.
Failure to show up for an appointment without 4 hours in prior notice will result in a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost.
Winter Health Policy Update
As we enter the autumn – winter season, the health and safety of all our clients and staff are our top priority. If your child or any accompanying adult (parent/nanny) is unwell, showing symptoms of cold, flu, coughing or any contagious illness, we kindly ask you to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Our 4-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy still applies.
Please note: If a client arrives sick and coughing we reserve the right to refuse service, and the appointment will need to be rebooked at full cost. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed or incomplete appointments due to illness.

Refusal of Service:
The salon reserves the right to refuse service if the client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.
If a client refuses to comply with the stylist’s instructions or interrupts the service, the salon reserves the right to refuse further service.
In cases where the client refuses the service or leaves before completion, no refunds will be provided.
Payment and Refund Policy:
All appointments at our children’s hair salon must be booked in advance.
Payment for services is required at the time of booking the appointment.
Appointments will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
No refunds will be issued for completed services.
In the event of dissatisfaction with the service, clients must raise their concerns before leaving the salon premises to discuss potential remedies.
Children’s Safety and Behaviour:
Parents or guardians are required to accompany their children and are responsible for their behaviour during the appointment.
The salon is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages caused by children during the appointment.
Ensuring a Safe Environment
At our children’s hair salon, we prioritise the safety and well-being of all our clients. Our salon staff reserves the right to refuse service if a child’s behaviour poses a safety risk to themselves, our staff, or other clients. This includes instances of constant screaming, hitting, kicking, or running away during the haircut. If a child’s behaviour prevents our hairdresser from completing the service, refunds will not be issued.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Late Arrivals:
Clients who arrive late may have their appointment shortened to ensure timely service for other clients.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may lose their appointment, no refunds will be provided.
In case of 15 minutes late arrival, clients may need to rebook a new appointment subject to availability and an additional fee.
Health and Allergies:
Clients are responsible for informing the salon of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect the service or their child’s well-being.
The salon will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies.
By booking an appointment at our children’s hair salon, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to abide by them. The salon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and any changes will be communicated to clients via the salon’s official communication channels.
