Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Quinn Harper piece. However, if you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request has been approved, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With all tags attached
• Returned in original packaging

Any complimentary gift included with your order must also be returned in its original condition in the event of a refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Payment transactions Fees are non-refundable
  All card and online payments are subject to processing fees charged to Quinn Harper by banks and payment providers.
• In the event of an approved return or cancellation, these transaction fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the final refund amount. Fees vary depending on the payment method and country of transaction.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured return service
• Quinn Harper is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Due to international shipping costs, customs procedures, and the nature of luxury occasionwear, international orders are generally considered final sale.

However, in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion, a return request may be reviewed under the following conditions:

• Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
• Any charges incurred when re-importing goods into the United Kingdom may be deducted from the refund

 ONLINE ORDERS COLLECTED IN-STORE

All online orders collected from our Chelsea boutique are considered:

Final sale – non-refundable and non-exchangeable

At the time of collection, customers are given the opportunity to inspect their order in full, including size, design, colour, and condition, before accepting the item.

Once the order has been collected and accepted from the boutique, it is considered approved and completed in person.

As the item has been viewed and verified at collection, these purchases fall outside the scope of standard distance-selling returns.

 FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

As part of our quality control process for luxury occasionwear, all orders are individually inspected, photographed, and documented prior to dispatch to ensure they leave our boutique in perfect condition.

Where appropriate, we will review the matter carefully and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with consumer rights.
